Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

Can we get an update on the patch if it will appear before/with or god help me after the DLC?

How high is the chance that this patch will be 20mb, fix absolutely nothing and will only include ''general optimization'' in the patchnotes?
