Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

I've waited long enough. Since I bought a boxed version I have now returned it for a full refund.

A note to EA, junk like this doesn't do your rep any good. I will not be buying any EA game again.
