Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps

PC version should get DLC free, because game was and is still broken from release date to this date. Fps stuttering makes this game unplayable on PC. It's like they never tested PC version before release.
why codemasters can release game, for example F1 with smooth playing, and most wanted no. did you try this game before release??? who is responsible for release? Why you release game anyway? anyway, I meen with poor optimalization.

Seems we might not be getting it at all. It's out today but for consoles only. Another slap in the face for PC gamers.

Nope, it's out for PC too. However, when I click the link I get an error saying that the product no longer is available. Could it be that it's for US only? It redirects me to my local Origin page which is EU based.
