Free Premium crate isn't available to collect

I have just updated my game and now it's laggy and also says 'free crate in o.oo seconds. I clicked it twice and ended up paying £1000 then noticed I had to wait 16 mins for the premium one, so did that and got charged 100 gold for it which I was saving for Tournament Spirit festival. So yeh what's the bloody script here?

0 crates opened yet I've opened 3/4 normal ones and 1 gold premium. This is getting worse man.

Thank you for your report on this. We are aware of the problem and are currently working on the fix.

While I cannot give you an exact date/time for when the fix will be available, it will probably be early next week (this is subject to change).

As that other guys says it's getting worse, I just thought Sod it I'll pay the £5000 for each crate even though that's scandalous but at least u don't have to wait 8 mins inbetween each crate access but after I bought the 5 crates for £25000 I still got 0/5 crates! Great stuff...

My premium daily crate has been at 00:00:00 for a whole day now... When I go on it, it tells me I have to buy the crate. Anyone know a solution to this?
