Free remastered for Original owners?

Will there be any chance for players who already own the original game to get a remastered version of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit for free on PC (whether it's through Steam or Origin)?

I wanted to have that, but don't want to spend another amount of money when I already have the Original version.

Well that's a shame. I was hoping for any benefits for those like me who already own the original one. Ah well, I was actually planning to buy that for the Nintendo Switch anyway.

And speaking of NFS No Limits, may I know why you quit from that game? Just curious.

You know...that would be a smart choice.

You can play the original one on PC at home and you can play the remastered one on the Nintendo Switch at work or during transit.

    Sure, I can tell why.

I quit playing NFS No Limits because the game wasn't enjoyable to play anymore in its later years. The game got more and more pay2win that it's hard to compete in that game without paying thousands of dollars.

My experience deteriorated when I can't compete with pay2win players. (I was a free2play player btw)

Game was fun when it first released, but it's no longer enjoyable for me in its current state.

Well it does seem a good idea for me indeed. Since I have the Nintendo Switch console, it wouldn't be a problem for me to get the game on that platform so I can play it anywhere, anytime.

Well, I'm sorry to hear about you quitting NFS No Limits because of this. I'm still playing it actually, but not as often as how I'm used to before.

    Well, thanks again.
