So far, when i am getting chased by cops or by thugs, it seems like their cars catch up to me, while i am going 130MPH and its like i am standing still.....which means, a cop car or some * looking muscle car was going 400MPH atleast around drift style turns.....sorry, but that type of challenge is not challenge, it is just the AI blatantly cheating.
@JamieK81 - the catch-up from AI is there since NFS Hot Pursuit 2 (2002). And i've seen it in other arcade PC racers, unfortunately. On consoles, too. I think that only Gran Turismo doesn't use such artifices
As for true simulations, well, you can find plenty of PC if you look carefully.
It wasn't in the last need for speed game, the only time they caught up to me is when i accidently scraped the wall and slowed down alot or crashed into a car, but if my speed as constant, they never caught up.
