Hi ,so after some issues with my pc i was forced to do a full factory reset,,,so can anyone tell me how i get my games back ????

You have to download and install Origin (download it). Then log into your account normally.
You can download your purchased titles at any time by visiting the My Games tab in the Origin client.
To download a game in Origin, launch the Origin client, and log in to your account.
Locate the My Games tab and hover your mouse over the game you want to download.
Just click the orange Download button that appears when you mouse-over and begin your download.
