Friends not showing up on NFS Rivals

Can someone help with this problem it has been going on too long now

Hello,

Please be more specific about your problem. Where do the friends not show up? On the menu? On the map?

If you are talking about some players not loading on the map, this is a known issue.

i  have 5 friends play nfs rivals on xbox one ,but now just show 2 fds, another 3 cannot show out,

in the map or and menu just show 2 friends

    Have you tried starting a private session and seeing if people can join and are visible?

      yes , private and friend session both can try , but the achievement still can not pop , but my fd can pop the achievement
