Friends not showing up on NFS Rivals
Can someone help with this problem it has been going on too long now

For Friendly Race, you said you could connect to two of your friends and you only need one friend to complete the achievement, so you will be able to do that unless you have further problems with the game/connection.
For Buddy Bust, again, you only need one friend for this achievement and you said you can get two out of five in, so this should also be possible.
