Full bait crate map
So I have searched online for numerous maps for numerous things and have found everything except for a full map of the bait crate locations.
Therefore, I have spent some time gathering information from the internet and piecing it together for a full map instead of pieces of a map.
I have also taken the time to add fast travel locations and will be letting you all know what the fastest route is to each crate.
I will also be posting game-play pics of the crates in their locations.
So, without further ado let's begin shall we?

BAIT CRATE TUNE-UP SHOP GAS STATION GARAGE DEALERSHIP
==========SILVER CANYON==========
For bait crate A you want to fast travel to gas station 1
The crate will be located at the end of the side road that dead ends
For bait crate B you want to fast travel to gas station 2
This crate I have not seen yet therefore we will come back to this one later
For bait crate C you want to fast travel to garage 3
Drive toward the casino at the end of the parking lot and the crate will be on the right
Bate crate D is one of the easier ones
Fast travel to gas station 4 and, voila, it's right there!
Bate crate E is another easy one
Fast travel to gas station 5 and it will be approx 200 yards in front of you next to the campers
==========SILVER ROCK (DOWNTOWN)==========
Again, bait crate F is easy
Fast travel to gas station 6 and, voila, a bait crate is ready for the taking off to your left
For bait crate G you want to fast travel to gas station 7
Again, I have not seen this crate yet therefore we will come back to this one later also
For bait crate H you want to fast travel to gas station 8
This is another bait crate I have not encountered yet, therefore we will come back later for this one too
Bait crate I is a pain in the ***
Not only do you have to drive quite a way you, have to make a bunch of turns to get to it
Fast travel to the drift dealership I have labeled 9
==========LIBERTY DESERT (NORTH)==========
For bait crate J you want to fast travel to tune-up shop 10
Go north to the wind generators and the crate will be next to one of the generators at the northeast end of the field
For bait crate K you want to fast travel to gas station 17
Drive north to the power pole (tower) on the hill and the bait crate will be to the right of the pole
For bait crate L you want to fast travel to the off-road dealership I have labeled 11
Drive north toward the solar power project and the crate will be in the tiny town just south of the project
For bait crate M you want to fast travel to gas station 12
This one is another mystery to me and will be discussed later
Bait crate N, another easy crate!
Fast travel to gas station 12 and, voila, it's at the rail station across the street
==========LIBERTY DESERT (SOUTH)==========
For bait crate O you want to fast travel to gas station 13
Again, another crate I do not believe I have encountered yet
For bait crate P you want the fast travel to gas station 13
Drive east on the highway and when it starts to turn right and split go off-road
The crate will be underneath the power pole (tower) on the hill with a cliff in front of it
Bait crate Q, one of my favorites
Fast travel to gas station 13 and it appears below the junk man statue across the highway
==========MOUNT PROVIDENCE==========
For bait crate R you want to fast travel to tune-up shop 14
Drive up the curvy road and this crate will be under the overpass next to the concrete pillar
Bait crate S is another favorite of mine
Fast travel to tune-up shop 14 and, voila, it appears on the corner of the 4-way intersection
For bait crate T fast travel to garage 15
Again, a mystery to me
For bait crate U fast travel to gas station 16
This crate will be in the little “rest area” northwest of the gas station
Bait crate V is funny
I say this because it's pretty much the same distance from gas stations 13 and 16
Fast travel to either one, depends on how you're feeling
This crate will be behind the restaurant right off the highway
