Game Crashes on a race called "Top Thrill" night time PC

Summarize your bug A races called "Top Thrill" is located in the middle of the city and when ever I start it up the game crashes What I have to face is the game freezes sound keeps going and after a second it crashes back to desktop.
What car were you using? I was using a Nissan r35 but i tried it with many other cars and it happened as well.
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? A race called "Top Thrill"
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in the middle of the palm city and start the race called "Top Thrill" at night time
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes sound keeps going and then it crashes
What do you expect to see? To keep playing the race without any freezes

This keeps happening every time I start that specific event at night time and it's frustrating because am gathering up rep and once I start it up it crashes so the main thing I have to do is to avoid the race. Again is called "Top Thrill" located in Downtown Palm city and I tried many cars but had the same result !
