Game glitch or Hardware failure PS4?

So I have been playing Need for Speed Rivals on my PS4, and am experiencing a weird graphical glitch that can be seen in the attached image on the top left of the screen. The mountain will randomly flash funny colors. It happens about once every 5 minutes. Do you guys think this is a glitch in the game or signs the PS4's GPU is failing/overheating?

    I've seen it too. I think it is the game displaying the mountain texture before it has been loaded.

    That would be the LSD mountains, you can find peaceful hippies there.

    Looks sort of like the same issue on PC, it's not as colorful, it just looks like rendered mountains from a mid 90's game.
