Game not even playable. I cant play for a single second.
Half of the time if not more I get the infinite loading screen or can't connect to servers problem.
I have tried looking up information on this issue but it appears that EA will lock or delete any threads relating to this issue but I'm gonna see how long until they delete/lock mine.
It's been nearly 2 weeks since release and on my precious few days off work or time during the evening I can play I sometimes can't even get into the game. Whatsoever. Simply can't play the game I purchased.
Now I am not the kind of person that creates forum Posts, however, I see no choice here. EA is blatantly stealing our money on this one.
Where is the solution? Where is the post from EA assuring us they are working on the problem? I see none of this and if I'm wrong please direct me to where they have posted the fix for this problem.
I see people having this problem on pc ps4 and xb1 so I see it as irrelevant t to share which platform I am on. There is clearly something fundamentally wrong with this game.
So now on a sunday that ai have off work I tried to get on to play at 10 am and now tried again at 3pm both for about an hour at a time and have had infinite loading screens every attempt to play. I have tried about everything.possible to get this game to work and it simply won't.
So I'm going to request information from an EA employee on how we can all get our full refunds for this atrocity.
Alternatively how can we as a community file a class action law suit against EA to force them to refund us?
Please respond EA EMPLOYEE.
Ps. If you lock or delete this thread I will see this as actionable cause for a suit and I WILL be logging and recording when and where I created this thread.
Pss. If you simply make the game work so I'll have not wasted my money I'll go away, I would say this may be the easier solution for you people at EA.
