Game progress disappears

Progress is locally saved, there is no way EA can return your progress in any way. You will just have to start over, sorry for the bad news.

It’s already an online game, so why can’t the player’s progress be saved on the server? This is really stupid.

It's very difficult to answer that, I do not work for EA. The issue itself is a known issue that is very common in almost every NFS game, had the same thing happen to me in NFS Payback and NFS Heat.
