Game reset to Day 1??
All of my purchases and cars are gone, and game has started over. I have every car, every option, and 1500 hours in this game over the years. How can I get my cloud reset to yesterday?!?

Still an ongoing issue for me. Every time I start the game I have to go through the 1st day nonsense about the difference between Cops and Racers, which most of you have probably forgotten. I have twice had "chats" with the India based support folks who are totally useless, and one of whom refused to simply transfer me to someone else who actually was familiar with the game. I do not know how to actually get intouch with help that knows this game at all, and can't play it anymore. Is there anyone here from EA or Origin who can assist? My cloud data appears to be corrupted and I can't fix that from my PC.
