Game start change my monitor res to 67.4 KHz

As i said Game start change my monitor res to 67.4 KHz . though my monitor`s max is 60Khz

so i hear the things in game but i do not see anything.

anyone can help me ?

Hey. Thanks for the answer.
I got the game up and running and here is how.
I figured that my GPU supports the Ultra stats but my Monitor does not . So the game wants me to play as high but monitor cannot follow. So the trick was to change it from setting folder on documents so i can at least run the game and manually change it from inside game. I just turned some 1s to 0s and it was my lucky day 👍🏿

How should the game be able to change your Monitors refresh rate to 67Hz if it's max rr is @60Hz.
Did you tried to run the game in windowed mode instead of fullscreen?
also if you have a Nvidia graphics card you could try setting vsync via control panel because the loading screen will run at 2000fps or so, maybe this couses some trouble.
