Game stuck on start cinematic! Wont react to keyboard or controller!!

any community manager who can really be a nice dude or girl who can answer this pretty please? i tried different types of "trying" to fix the game , i even re installed it but the game isnt reacting to the keyboard or to the xbox one controller ... but the Origin app overlay is popping up when u do the quick navigation for it when the game is on .... 

gonna bump this thread again, i cant still play the damm game ! yo whats wrong with u guys ?! as a consumer and a gamer, this is kinda embarrassing ! i cant play the damm game for weeks ! it get stuck on the intro cinematic when u start the game and keyboard or controller wont react to it despite to be recognised by the EA app itself !! FIX THIS FOR GOD SAKE ! 

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. Can you unplug the controller and any other USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse, and see if that lets you in. If you use a USB headset can you try removing that too?

I have tried the (unplug) everything trick and still my NFS Heat doesn't respond / still stuck on the title screen-intro.... Can you help or is it that I need to wait until EA decides to patch the problem as I pre ordered the game months before it came out and played it and played it when it was released but gave up on it when it wouldn't let me on over December time.

@EA_Davidi tried everything ! i gave up right now coz the EA origin app is reacting to the keyboard when i enable it ... its just the game wont react to anything .. i disabled the headset, keyboard , mouse even the controller and did some tests with just one equipment at the time ☹️ ... this became like that after the recent patch i let it in ..

A Clean Boot may help, too. Some 3rd party programs may be being picked up as an input source, in error.

I have a fix for you that will work 100 percent of the time.

Have your controller unplugged while you are in the main menu. Now plug your charging cable into your controller and you should now be able to press A.

sorry for late reply but no offense to any of u , i already tried everything including those tips that u guys told about ... the game really wont react to the keyboard or the controller at all but EA origin app does react to it ... even re installing the game it still does the same thing ... i lost hope and i cant see myself testing out the upcoming patch on next week if this problem persists ....
