Game won't launch in new PC

First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.

I checed your msinfo32.txt and it is OK.

I will recommend these actions:

1) I checek your DxDiag.txt & I can see you have the lattest Graphics drivers (GeForce 390.65 WHQL driver ,23.21.13.9065).

But please check again if you have updated all drivers:

2) Try to run the Game under "clean boot"

2) Run the Origin and the Game like Administrator:

Thanks for your reply, my all drivers are up -to-date and I followed all those steps that you given but it still had the same problem.

Is that possible to change my NFS:PB from PC platform to xbox one on microsoft?

For batllefield1 I might gonna ask for refund cause I cannot play it also.

Any origin employee saw this please reply if BF1 refund is possible for NFS:PB I played for 10hours already on my old laptop and I won't ask for refund just try to change the platform for me.

I dun wanna waste those game like this, but if I change the platform to xbox one is that possible to launch it without the xbox one but using microsoft xbox client to launch it?
