after i chose what mode i wanna play either online or solo it will go to the loading screen load up and then just site there showing that its fully loaded but thats it i sat there the other day for 30 min and nothing happens,

I have the exact same problem. I am on ps4 pro. It is the save file for sure, when I delet it I can start the game but I have to start at 0 again, and no i won't do that.
Fix this.

This does not work. I talked with support on Twitter but nothing they sad helped.
I reinstalled the game many times, i rebuild database 3 times(ps4). Nothing. The game is not broken, it is the save file. I can restart the game at beginning without any problem but I would loose all my progress reputation level mony and cars.
