game wont start

I picked up my copy of need for speed 2 hours ago. It installed just fine and now it's stuck on a loading screen with music playing and a tire spinning in the bottom right corner. The screen has the xbox one controller with the controls on there. It's been on this page for over an hour. I have turned off the system ejected the game reset everything and it keeps getting stuck on this screen

@fortress42 Try this
- Go to your Xbox One home screen.
- Go to Settings
- Go to Disc/Bluray.
- Hit the persistent storage and hit clear
- Go back to settings then Network
- Go to Advanced Settings, move to Alternate MAC Address and Hit CLEAR.
- Restart the console.
I solved it with that minutes ago

Hi @fortress42,

Please check out our Basic Troubleshooting guide. Make sure you try all steps, however I've seen reports that clearing persistent storage and resetting MAC address worked.

Let me know if you have further questions.

EA_Tom, i tried all the steps on PS4 but nothing change.
I unplugged for 10 mins, reset the PS4, activate the DMZ on the PS4, reinstalling the game, rebooting the PS4... Nothing change!
What I can do now?
I BOUGHT THE GAME I WANT TO PLAY IT !
Please anwers me.

I'm on ps4 want and mine gets stuck on that screen aswell I don't know what to go
