Gamebreaking bugs in Need for Speed 2016 PC

Hi, I bought the Need for Speed 2016 PC, and since day 1, i'm having some issues: when i'm driving about 100 m/h or higher, the game sometimes have some rendering delay, the car, street and ambient objects kinda render in my face when my car is almost close to it. The ambient delay rendering is just cosmetic, the cars delay can be avoided most of the times, but when the street doesnt render, my car fall into limbo (it clips the ground and keep falling, then load for a few seconds and i'm back to street without hud for 5 seconds). It is making my game unplayable.

This video I've found on internet shows what happens: please, skip to 4:18 - https://youtu.be/RJvdqvKvZew?t=258
And i'm also having the same troubles from this topic: http://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Willl-any-of-these-be-fixed/m-p/5249016#U5249016

My pc specs:
Windows 8.1
i5 4460
Gtx 970 4GB
8GB Ram

*[It's not the graphics, everything on ultra and everything on low, the game bugs the same way]
*[I'm not the only one with this problem, my friend is having the same issues]
*[This is my first post on ea forum, so if i'm doing it on the wrong place, i'm sorry]
*[My main language isn't english, so I apologize if anything was said wrong]

Had this myself, but i sorted it.

Are you running the game from an SSD? if not have you run a defragger and use other optimization tools like ccleaner?

Check whether you have Nvidia shadow play or other video capture running on the same drive the game is running from, or are you also listening to music running the the same hdd?

i defragged my machine, and disabled shadowplay and closed down web browser that were still running in the background, and havnt had the problem since.

-No SSD, only a normal HDD
    -The disk is 0% fragmented
-I run ccleaner every week, did it wednesday
-Already tried play with nothing but the game running and had the same bugs (but with a little less frequency), but the most of time I need to be with Skype and Spotify open

And its dissapointing have to play NFS with nothing oppened, I have 23 games on Origin and 95 on Steam and never had to play like this.

    @Straatford87

My hard drive never had a problem like this in any games I've played, even with games that requires a lot of resources.
And i've tried everything from this main thread, the street falling is happening once a hour (that is "acceptable").

But, now I wanna know if/when the next patch for bugs will be released.

    Thanks for attention.

This could be different from (some) other games because Need for Speed is a racing game; the world has to constantly load around you at a fast pace.

Note that since we are still investigating this,  I don't have a further ETA on when this will be resolved. I would advise to keep checking the main thread on how other users managed to resolve the issue. For example: one user stated the issue did not occur for him anymore after he upgraded to a higher quality HDD.
