gamepad not responding

Hello, hoping anyone any ideas. the os is windows 10 I have a trust gxt 545 gamepad it has two operation modes direct or xbox emulation. in both modes no reaction. when i play other games...

    From what I understand the Xbox One controller (which is the supported one) has different drivers to the Xbox 360 controller. This would explain why the controller still doesn't work for you.

    That would be very strange, if set the hardware switch on de back to xbox mode, the gamepad is recognized as a xbox 360 controller, it then also use the windows xbox 360 drivers
