We need a hotfix for this issue. i have stopped playing the game because it has ruined my experience.

Me too, will definitely second you on that, totally ruins the experience !! Seems unfair that such obvious and big issues are not fixed asap. Im sure the producers know about such issues.
@EA_Barry Ive attached more screenshots today. At the garage, right side effected by the lower res. When driving, left side (look at the car) effected by the lower res, or whatever the issue is.
