Graphics card error Need for Speed Rivals

When I go to start the game (Need for Speed Rivals) an error pops up and says Imy driver version is 13.1 and needs to be updated to 13.4. The game will not start. I have installed the updated driver ...

it happens in Battlefield 4 too.

I am having video problems too. This error msg

DirectX function "CreatePixelShader for (null)" failed with
E_INVALIDARG ("An invalid parameter was passed to the returning
function."). GPU: "ATI Radeon HD 4200", Driver:13.9
(8.97.100.11-130429a-158498C-ATI)
