I am planing to create a list of Hackers so anyone checked on this post  can actively aviod play with those people

But I am worring about legal issues

I also notice that 3 use have the name ends as _N2o

I wonder if some club is publishing the hack tool to encorge their member ruin a game.

I will be glaid to provide my list of 5 to Need for Speed .com or post it as anyone can give me guidance. about pravicy laws.
