Help on downloading photos taken in NFS Payback on PS4

Does anyone know how to download photos from PS4 onto laptops etc.?

    1. Bring photo to full screen with no titles.

    2. Use left option button.

    3. Make your photo a screen shot by pressing triangle.

    4. Press the PS button.

    5. Move to the Clip Gallery.

    6. Move to the Screenshot Option

    7. Move to chosen Screenshot and press the right option button.

    8. Use copy to USB and check the ones you want.
