Help redeeming a physical game

How can I reclaim my physical game (NFS: The Run) from an account I cant access anymore. I still have the disc and the key for the game. Just lost access to the email associated with the EA account (back then it was an Origin account)

    Hello vince173,

    You cannot redeem a game on a new account if it has already been claimed on an older account. The best course of action is to contact EA support, as they may be able to assist you with recovering your old account.

    Apparently they say they cant help me reactivate the account... SO I DON'T KNOW WHERE FROM NOW since I can't access the email used on the Origin account to reset the password
