Help with Error Code 00000002

I'm not so sure why I can't get on Need For Speed on my Xbox One. A screen comes up saying,

This account doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Visit help.ea.com for more information.

I've checked everywhere, but there's still no way to be able to get help. I'm on my iPad, but I can't seem to be able to get my account to link up with my Xbox Live Account. I'm not allowed to use the computer, so please create an easier way on iPad. It would be really appreciated, and if that doesn't work, maybe do an update to fix Error Code 00000002, the error which I am experiencing.
