High CPU Usage on R51600
Very high cpu usage 66-99%(!) in game. Sound cracking and stuttering in game sometimes, change preset graphics does nothing.
R5 1600
GTX 1060
16gb RAM
Win10 v1803
UPD: So I use Set affinity in Task Manager and lock game on six core, sound cracking disappear, but stuttering still here
Make sure you have all available Windows Updates installed.
Run your video drivers setup again but this time choose custom/advanced and choose Clean Install and then deselect the 3D and GeForce Experience components before completing the setup.
