Dear EA,
I think something in your company is going completely wrong.
Let's start with the communication:
More than 48 hours ago I asked you a simple question (post #23). Even if you still don't know / have an answer, it would honor me - as a customer - a lot, if I would get any answer / feedback. Just something that gives me (even if it's not true) the feeling that someone is listening in your company. But you don't care.
Companies like yours are spending DAILY thousands of Dollar in marketing analyses, social media evaluation, and and and...
just to get the big data.
But here, in your own forum, where the users and customers like me are giving you a direct feedback to your products - and by the way FOR FREE - you not even see the need to answer. Thats a shame.
No, it's not just a shame, it's embarrassing.
However, since there is no answer I have to value this as a "No" from EA.
Maybe that will be the most expensive "No" that EA ever did.
