How can I turn off the voice chat for ever?

I'm tired of turning off sound from every player entering the lobby and I don't want other players to hear my music on background. Sorry pls if my English is bad

Yea i had this guy talk Angry german at everybody. Then there's this guy that has his mic on full blast.

No cutscene sound.
Some cutscenes have not dialogue sound and subtitles and news cutscenes have stuttering sounds.
