How did EA Ghost Games discovered anime in NFS Heat?? Anyone knows??

I was playing Need For Speed Heat and found anime decals in some locations. You could also create one for your car but will take you a while to complete it since you have to use some shapes. Fortunately, There are now anime decal collectibles in the game. But how did Ghost Games discovered it?? Can anyone volunteer?? Maybe Ghost discovered about it when the song Goku by Jaden collabed in the game and since people likes anime now, That is the time Ghost knew about anime decal ideas when creating the game. Unlike other Need For Speed Games which does not have anime decal collectibles, NFS Heat is the only one that has. But not all NFS Heat YouTubers show or talk about it since the game might be less popular. But can anyone please give answers about the anime decals in the game??
