how dissociate autolog account from need for speed hot pursuit

Hello everyone,

Im getting a trouble with dissoaciate an account of my cousin from my N4S Hot Pursuit.

He was logged into Autolog with email and password, but i cant change this to keep playing my carreer again, ive deleted save games (criterion folder @mydocuments), re-installed and nothing worked.

Any Clue?
