How do I use the active abilities on my xbox one?

How do i use active abilities? I've tried every button and i just wanna know how to use the extra repair kits that i bought. On my Xbox one please help so i stop wasting my money on these upgrades without know how to use them. I'm tired of losing to level five cops because of not having repairs.

@RoaringCreek04 Obviously you haven't tried every button. it's B. There's also a timer if you use the 2x repair. Not sure on the nitrous refill as it's basically useless
