How i can get the bmw evolution e30 on need for speed payback?

Hi, how i can get the bmw e30 evolution m3 on need for speed payback? On every car list i see the bmw e30 evolution m3. Is this car a special car that i can get only when i have 100% on nfs? pls.help

There is some cars coming in a future update like the Mazda rx-7 and such, so it may come in that update
