How Many Will be Getting This Game Now?

So, since the news has been brought up about no free roam police chases, how many will be canceling their pre orders and (for the ones who havnt pre ordered) how many will not be getting the game now?...

This bad news suprised many of us. Hope they'll fix this through updates...

I just do not get how a developer can say " we gave you what you want, cops!" And then throw this out there. They make the game seem alive and then dull it out with the lack of cops in free roam. I want to be able to be chased and out run the cops on my own, not through scripted events.

      This really irritates me like it does the other gamers out there that are excited for this game. I was so hyped now, that has gone down a bit.
