How Many Will be Getting This Game Now?

So, since the news has been brought up about no free roam police chases, how many will be canceling their pre orders and (for the ones who havnt pre ordered) how many will not be getting the game now?...

So, I see my Really Really Big Screw Up post got deleted. Did EA not like it so they decided to delete it? It detailed my outrage that there will not be any free roam pursuits.
