How to change trial to full version

Hi,  Few months ago I tried trial version of NFS Heat and play it for an hour and I uninstalled the game. I read right now its full version free in ea Access so I downloaded it yesterday but the gam...

    @Przemo86pl Ok, i found solution. 🙂
    I have to purchase the game. After I pit it in the wallet, it show me price 0 and After that it show me the full version is unlocked.

Hi, if you start the purchase process for heat from the store (make sure you're on your account which has EA Access active, are your prompted to get it for "free" or does the price still show? Are you able to grab other Vault games, as a test?

@EA_David I can download for free other games from the ea Access or the ps store so for other games it works fine.
I spoke today with ea support in Poland and they cant solve that and I have to contact sony so right now Im waiting for them to send me solution.

    @Przemo86pl And in ps store I can see price in NFS heat but there is no optiob to download. In case of this game I can do it only in ea Access application.
