You can check the amount of hours played by opening Origin, going to your Game Library, and clicking on NFS Heat to see your playtime.

You can find your collectibles and activities statistics by pressing tab anytime in the game and navigating to the Progression section.

There are no wins / losses and escaped / busted stats though.
