how to connect to autolog in nfs most wanted 2012

Whenever I Go To Autolog Recmmonds I Try To Log In My Orgin Account They Dont Even Ask My Account Log In Information And It Says Connection Erorr So Please Tell Me How To Connect Auto Log I Want To Race In Multiplayer tell me a solution
