How to edit profile pic that shows by username

I checked throughout the settings and cannot find any option to change my icon picture. When i race other players I notice the have uploaded pictures as their icons. Help please

    It is most likely the profile picture of the connected account you use to play the game.

        @seattlecdn,

        Could be your google, itunes or Facebook account? It depends on which device you play or which account you use. Try changing one of those profile pictures and see it that works.
