I already to that I talk 2 times with EA Support and they said that the only who can help is Fire Monkeys but I send my request two weeks ago and they don't answer I don't know what to do - Straatford8710 years ago

Thank you for your response.
It seems that Firemonkeys is quite overloaded at the moment with request about Need for Speed. Sadly all that you can do for now is try to be patient while they are working through all the tickets.
Our Live Support or these forums has no further insight or possibility to speed up the process with Firemonkeys.

- 6 years ago@Straatford87 I have the same problem as well. I’m using an iOS device. My iCloud profile has a profile picture and the email is Gmail with a profile picture. So how do I fix the NFS No limits profile picture because nothing is there?
