how to fix this issue allready?!!

after 4 hours of fixing this BUG i still have a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!! example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-P3dsMorJ1A&feature=youtu.be (credit for JayGPh3noM for the example) how to fix it?!!...

Try removing all unused peripheral devices and perform a clean boot before retrying:
