How to lock FPS to 60 ?

How to lock FPS to 60 ? If i turned off vsync, fps levels are above 150. If i turned on vsync, fps locked to 30. I want to lock at 60fps.

Much confusion on my end here - I mistook this post for NFS16 as that was where it first popped up for me - sorry!

I can confirm to you that the Run is locked to 30FPS which means this is working intended when you enable vertical sync.
