How to report an issue in the NFS No limits?

I have an issue/bug in NFS No Limits that I would like to bring to the attention of the developers. Question. How to create a ticket with my report on the technical support website https://help.ea.com/uk/help-show-more-intents/?product=need-for-speed-no-limits ? I looked all over there and couldn't find a way to create a ticket or any information that could help me with that.

    It depends on what the issue you're running into is. Our EA support team is meant to largely assist with General information, Account/order issues, and technical issues. Issues being raised to support via the help site do get shared with the related team however there is not a dedicated Bug Report contact option. 

    Aside from reaching out to them on EA help, you can also create a post here on Answers HQ. We can share any relevant information we have and pass on feedback and reports to the team.

  • I see. So it turns out that now (after the removal of Firemonkeys studio from the development and support of NFS No Limits, as well as after the closure of their support site https://help.firemonkeys.com.au) it has become much more difficult to contact the developers about problems.

    The issue is that for the last two or three weeks, the game has had a problem with the availability of ads, for viewing which the player receives a reward. I used to be able to view the ads and receive the reward without any delays, one after the other. But now I have to wait up to 10 minutes for ads to become available again, which in the case of the "reroll" feature reduces the usefulness of this feature for the player to zero. Yes, I tried to fix the problem myself, for example by reinstalling the game again, or restarting it at a time when ads are unavailable, or turning off/on the Internet on the device, etc. But it didn't help.
