how to unlock Porsche Pack races?????

Have completed all available races (with gold medals) but do not know how to unlock even the first race in the offered Porsche Pack section. I am playing N4S for PS3 from the purchased CD (brand new unopened product) and everything worked fine up to this point. The only races not done are in the Porsche Pack, but there appears to be no screen instuctions on how to proceed. There is no manual provided only CD package cover insert and further... the only manual available from this site is for an uninstall. This is my second attempt to resolve this in HQ. I also left question and phone number for an advisor who would contact me shortly. That was 6 days ago and have received no call or phone message. Maybe my idea of shortly is different then EA’s NOTE: I have not played this game online up to this point. I would very much appreciate some help, thank you.
