Well the issue is this the game starts having heavy fps drops when scene changes to night especially in streets and in tunnels because shadows aren't optimised very well in night time if the shadows are set to low then it fps drops are no that much to be able to notice but even changing it to medium at night time fps drops are insane as mentioned above. Optimise the game to its fullest as nobody like fps drops at all even on great cards. We gamers give the money you want for your work and in return why do we get * optimisation and bugged game the previous iteration was way better in terms of optimisation. Developers Optimise this game to its fullest please its a must thing in order to have the great experience and smooth gameplay. FPS Drops are insane 40 to 45 FPS from 60fps
