I can't download need for speed rivals with xbox gamepass
I recently got xbox game pass and tried getting need for speed rival complete edition but each time I try to install it, it takes me to the EA app and tells me to purchace the game even tho its on the game pass

First I would confirm your Xbox account appears on your connection list for your EA account; https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
If so, try the following steps on your device.
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
