I cant paint my car in nfs 2015

I completed the game but I still can NOT paint my car! please, I need help!!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Let's see if we can resolve that for you.

If you are unable to use certain functions in this game, usually it means your connection isn't able to reach a specific part of our servers used for that function. To fix that, please take a look at the following article:

If you run into further problems, please also take a look at:

http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/READ-ME-FIRST-NFS-Basic-Troubleshooting/td-p/4908815

If that doesn't work, please also take into account that if you have lots of cars edited, that it might take a while to reach the server. Letting us know how many or which cars you edited would help us look into this.

Its making me crazy, Im with this problem for 1 month!!!!!!!!!

always when I try the option "visual editor", a message is send to me and the option is locked.

ITS MAKING ME CRAZY!!!!
