i can't play online on NFS most wanted 2012 PC is there any solution ?

i can't play online NFS most wanted 2012 PC everytime i try to play online it says connexion error!! is there any solution ??

I have the exact same issue. Case # 188218069. EA Advisors can't do nothing. I can play just fine if I buy the game again on an other account, just not with my main account. EA do something...
